He's lost the opportunity to concede graciously. One good thing that will come out of this is the updating of the antiquated voting system, and yes, there should be intense federal involvement. We're all in the same country, and I don't want to hear in the future, for example, that a Presidential election is in doubt "because of the confusing caterpillar ballot used in Terre Haute, Indiana." <g>.
