My friend, you and I may disagree but I will never say that your opinion is wrong.
Your right, a simple set of rules that apply for Federal elections only, set by the USSC on exactly what constitutes a vote for a Federal election, dimple/no dimple, clean cut chad/hanging chad, with no exceptions concerning the office at the federal level, and that no state could change that standard in any way. That would be fair to everyone, everywhere, everytime!!! Another standard I would like to see is the one they are arguing right now, if you count one by hand, you count all by hand, period!!
