Questions - I read an article that said the SC is, basically, addressing whether or not the FlSC erred in setting the new recount deadline. My questions are: If the SC rules that the FlSC was wrong to establish a new recount deadline, where does that leave us? Doesn't that still leave us in the current 'contest phase' of the process? It seems that whatever the SC rules will affect future elections, but not this one since there are no questions on the contest phase being presented to the SC. Am I assessing this correctly?
