Doc, you don't wanna move as fast as Katherine Harris did, do you? As much as I predicted on November 4th an election day surge for Gore, I'll predict with equal confidence that popular opinion will turn around once citizens better understand what's going on, once they get past James Baker's American flag-like public relations. You wanna know what GOPwingers are best at? Whisper campaigns. Ultimately, however, these whispers will need a reference. Remember Whitewater? What happened to that particular issue? Whitewater, that is--not the sideshow. Why is it that Ken Starr's thicklong Whitewater Report only mentioned Whitewater less than a half a dozen times.
