Temper, temper!

You are getting hot under the collar.

I propose a pool or a poll or something of that nature -

Let's have a wager - WHEN will Judge Sauls rule?

WHAT will he rule?

And WHY?

My vote: WHEN - he will rule from the bench at the conclusion of oral argument.

WHAT and WHY - he will rule that Plaintiffs have not proved that Miami-Dade should have a full manual recount because there was no proof that the undervote was statistically significant but even if it was, there was no proof that anything other than voter error was involved.

He will rule that Plaintiffs have not proved that Palm Beach should be recounted.

I don't know what he's going to do about Nassau, I expect he will order a second machine recount.

Any takers?

The traditional Hershey bar with almonds is suggested as the prize.
