TTAM is the acronym for the thread title. I've just had a Gin and Tonic: A really BIG G&T, so please forgive my thick skull. I've been going over your explanation of TTAM, but getting TTM as an acronym for The Thread Title. I moved on to struggling with making sense of it... Then a light went on ...
