Would I buy stocks now? Here's an opinion:

Where Will Technology Stocks Land, and When?

Q. The last time the technology sector went into a downturn it
stayed down for a long time. Is that likely to happen again?

A. One of the differences this time is that we are in a "know economy,"
not the "new economy." It is an economy that is increasingly dependent
on knowledge and intangible assets, and technology plays a critical role in
that. A technology downturn may be more than the nine months we have
had. But it is probably not going to last for five years.
