To a point, you're correct. I've written before that I've suspected the 'fix' was in on this election, what with brother Jeb and Ambassador-elect Harris. But I don't think they counted on such a large minority voter turnout which turned it into a near statistical tie even with the fix, whether by absentee ballots or clogged voting machines in certain precincts.

I think the network exit projections were correct. Loads of folks went in to vote for Gore, and they proudly stated so after they voted. That's why they called it early for Gore! But the 'fixed' system made it difficult. Don't you think George W, on election night, seemed a bit overly confident about Florida even when the networks told him he'd lost Florida?

Yup! Something smells, there's something fishy about the Floridian election. No question about it.
