Sorry to hear you have serious money in REN/LLE. The terms of the transaction seemed unusual to me. Except for a poison pill type foot note in the annual report (if REN is acquired current shareholders could buy more shares at 1/2 price) I don't know why the transaction was so convoluted... seemed fishy to me! But who am I? Good Luck!
