Michael, please do not put words into my mouth. I never said that.
And, yes, you did cite a case. However, there have been other cases also cited here on this thread that disagree with your findings.
I repeat, as the attorney for the plaintiff has received access to applicable records, I will reserve my personal judgement until more is known and reported. You, of course, have every right to your own opinion in the meantime.
I had appreciated your thoughtful responses as well as the references you had provided. But I believe you have now lost your cool because I didn't buy your story or opinion, and that's a shame. I carefully considered what you cited and stated that while I personally did not like or agree with the finding in that cited case, I did understand the reasoning behind it. I then stated that I would wait until further findings in the current case were made. I merely reposted the statutes because another poster made the request. I'm sorry that you find that to be unacceptable to you personally, but that is your problem and not mine.
> Sadly, it looks like I will have to put you in the Tiger Paw pile of posters. That's the pile where no matter what evidence is presented the poster will always spin the Democrat party line. <
Does this mean, because you don't like that I don't already agree with you, that I need to place you in the same pile for always spinning the Republican party line?
We were having an informative as well as very civil discussion until your post that I am replying to.
