I'm just curious Quickcat, when you say you have problem with your cable access what do you mean?? Are all the
lights on your modem on and it's slow or is the modem dropping the connection too often. The thing is in the
beginning i also had some problems but called (videotron) a couple of times, they were here the next morning every
time and now except for maybe 10 minutes per month the connection is rock solid. Cable connection are hard to get
right the first time, a lot of fine tuning is "often" needed but once it's stable, there is nothing to beat it for the price.

A question you might find funny, did you have your modem installed during the summer when it was hot outside ??
