Do you not find it interesting that Gore is only challenging in counties where he won by a very high margin? I think Gore only won 19 of the 67 counties in Florida. He failed to challenge any of the counties he lost. And, he lost many of these counties by a high percentage. In fact, the counties he challenged he won by a very high margin so I would guess their strategy is that if they won by a high margin then they would increase their chances of extending their win by creating votes in those counties through a recount. Also, they have allies in those counties because the canvassing boards in the 3 counties are 8 democrats and only 1 republican. The counties have very high populations and are heavily northern transplants, blacks and elderly. The blacks vote in majority (93%) as a block as "yellow dog" democrats. New Yorkers tend to be, and I don't know why, very liberal. The elderly have been lied to about their social security. I heard Gore tell a group of elderly in Florida that they were voting for their social security itself. If they voted for Bush they would lose their social security. A corrupt and evil campaign action by the Bush campaign. Frankly, the hispanic in Dade county are very hard working and intelligent people and voted heavily for Bush. They never sampled any of their precincts. Instead they picked Liberty City where you can't drive without a police escort and an armored car, etc.. To drive through Liberty City is taking your life in your hands if you are not a "brother."
