I see you as repeating the same things over and over without engaging in the substantive issues of the case. You see that as being open and not having an opinion. I perceived it as ignoring things which challenge your assumptions. You don't have to agree with me, but if you don't, I would hope for a reasonable analysis as to why. Otherwise, it's just spin. And I guess I'm getting tired of reading spin here. Sorry if I came on too strong. I thought I read you disagreed with TLC regarding throwing the votes out. I see in re-reading it, your post is ambiguous toward that.
