Hi Drea,

I read your recipe for Honey Balls and I've never heard of anything like them. They sound wonderful so I'm printing out the recipe and posting one of my own family favorites at Christmastime. Please enjoy.

Chocolate Balls

1 6-oz. package chocolate chips
1 6-oz. package butterscotch chips
1/3 cup sifted confectioner's sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. crumbled vanilla wafers
1 c. finely chopped pecans or walnuts

Combine the chips and melt until smooth in a microwave. Add sugar, sour cream and salt. mix. Blend in cookie crumbs (mixture will be stiff). Chill for at least 1/2 hour. Shape into small balls and roll in nuts.

These are very rich and fudgy and last about ten days (though mine get eaten before this point, generally). <g>
