Did anybody else notice BOISE looks & Sounds Just like Buchanan? I was thinking they must be twins separated at birth and raised in distinctly different environments as a part of a secret test set up by some social scientists with this showdown in mind. ( In a real twist FOX should air any time now the reuniting of these brothers by birth together for the first time on a network special) Noticed also that Boise referred to Bush as President Bush, so that little freudian slip didnt help convince me he was convinced of his own case. The CSPAN callers are a hoot. You can really tell that we have a wide range of perception in this country. It is troubling in the face of the evidence to come to any conclusion but one. The Plaintiff failed. Sander Sauls was a great personality throughout, he did not mask his moods, I think he was completely frustrated by the poor case of the plaintiff, their evidence was flimsy and their witnesses worse than that. In their defense they do have some case law, which could play a role, but the weight of the case law, does not match the weight of this case by any stretch, his challenge will be HOW to make this evident. God speed Judge ! I believe your up to it.
