Paul, Sorry to bother you, but you seem to be th only person on the planet that understands that a problem exists with accessing accounts. I signed up for QCharts Trader last Thurs. and used it all day Friday with no problem. When I tried to log on today, I have continually received the "Invalid password" message and, consequently, am denied access. I can, however, access my account through the web site using the same username and password. There, it shows record of my charges for Nov., but none for December. Did they just lose all of their Nov. records. I will call in the morning, but it sounds like I will not be the only one, and they were no treat to try to get through to in the first place. Any suggestions or assistance you can offer would TRULY be welcome!!!
