Looks like we should get a ruling this morning and I suspect in Bush's favor. Can't see anything that would cause the FSSC to overrule so I think this one is done.

Is there any chance on the altered application case. I can't see how a judge would throw out all absentee ballots over that but at this point nothing would surprise me.

Seems to be a lot more talk of an exit strategy by the Democrats. Perhaps this will all be over soon. I just hope that trying to make Bush pay for the next 4 years isn't going to be the Democrats strategy in DC.
