Now stuff like earnings and P/Es seem to matter more with stocks like CMGI, once trading over 200 are back down to 10 or so... This is phase 2 of the normal intro of new technology into the world. Phase 3 will be the SLOW recovery and eventually (may take 10 or more years) to get back to prior levels. Why I say it's different, is that the Pentium 4 chip is already announced and nobody seems to know it will provide up to 10 GHz processor capabilities! Before, we would have all known that BEFORE IT WAS ANNOUNCED!!!
