Judge Saul rulings.
I will not be able to understand a ruling if it permits less than full manual recount in all counties.
An eighth grade student could tell you that the sample recount from Palm Beach county was so skewed in favor of Gore precincts it was meaningless and did not prove that a recount there would have a greater or lessor chance of affecting election result than a recount in any other major (high vote) precinct or county.
The lawyers keep talking statistics and counting in determining who wins, while at the same time discarding all the normal precepts of statistics, saying you cannot count here, you cannot count there, you must count only the Democratic precincts because thats what the law says.
And the recount must be conducted only on the punch card ballots because that where the most mistakes were made and
thats where the voters intent was most difficult to determine.
No, no- this election must be decided by recounting only
the worst data, the most uncertain data, using mystics of
of Democratic persuasion to divine the intent of the
voter from defective or unmarked ballot cards.
Well, H%%l, if you counted only the more accurate data
from other precincts, it might PROVE one or the other
of Candidates won and the Courts would not have to change the election laws.
