Ok...we now have an MOU - "Memorandom of Understanding"...whew...I hope it pops the stock but it sounds like hype... 1. First we get an agreement. 2. Now we get an MOU confirming the agreement 3. Then we get an LOA (letter of approval) 4. ATP (Approval to Proceed) 5. RFP 6. LOA (Letter of Acceptance) 7. A CONTRACT! 8. Down payment. 9. Delivery 10. Remaining Balance. 11. Back to step 5. Keep repeating for 1000 years. 12. We all live happily ever after.
