Why is it that you cannot distinguish between questioning something and denying it?

I asked about the case's reference to Florida's constitution - and looked up and posted the links to it.
Not only could you not be 'bothered' to answer the question (too difficult?) but you wanted me to look up your references to the state statutes!!

I find it curious that you will accept what one judge says. If Judge Rehnquist's opinion is part of the majority opinion, then that would validate your emphasis of his individual position. But the court's ruling as a whole is what is important.
