It was, after all, your initial presentation/argument that the USSC is deciding whether or not the FSSC changed the law or merely interpreted it. Correct? And now you want me to research for you to support your initial presentation? I find that to be an absurd breach of protocol. I will research to back up my argument, not yours. USSC Justice's each have a small army of legal clerks, lawyers, etc. They do not make factual statements with regards to legal questions lightly. I, like others, quickly tire debating legal issues with you. It is a shame, because these are very interesting issues and worth discussing. Looking forward to the decision, although I think it meaningless in the context of the election, especially after Judge Saul rules in favor of the Bush team to accept the final certification in tact.
