I think they are waiting for the Leon county decision. As I see it, the Judge Saul was expected to announce his decision this morning--then it was changed to noon---and now people expect a decision around 2 PM.

Why does that matter?

To me it sends a subtle signal that he may be ruling against Gore. If it was going to be favorable to Gore, I think he would want his decision out ASAP so that the recount can start. Now I "sense" it is against Gore and Judge Saul wants to make sure his decision is reasoned well and will be able to go through FLA Supreme Court scrunity.

Of course, I could be way off in my logic.
