Can't resist plunging in with my crystal ball (having watched the trial but having no other information). Here's my prediction:

Nassau county results stand, or at worst undergo a final machine recount under the auspices of Mrs. King, who came across as an honest person just trying to do the best job she could. Apparently this could be done in as little as 1 day.

Palm Beach county hand-count totals accepted, but re-hand-count of 3000 PB ballots rejected on grounds that Burton, whom the judge called a "great American", has already counted them.

Recount of Miami-Dade "undervote" ballots ordered. All 10750 to be counted by the same standard as PB - request to count only the 9000 additional undervotes while accepting the liberal count done on the 1700 or so is rejected. It was pretty clear from the testimony that the three M-D board members lacked an objective standard while doing their counts.

If the US SC rules against Gore and resets the certified total to Nov 14, it could have the effect of throwing out the Broward hand-count totals. Presumably Boies would have to amend the action before Sauls to get these totals included, at which point they would also be accepted as per the PB totals, or they would be subjected to yet another hand-count using the (now uniform) standard set by Sauls.

Should be fun this p.m.
