I feel sure you're right about Judge Sauls -- to me, he seemed clearly pro-Bush (good ol' boy who falls asleep during the trial). As for how the market will respond, I have no idea. The market definitely wants to think that Sauls is the end of it, but this case will be appealed immediately, and I think everyone is taking the Seminole County case far too lightly. There's no question what the Republicans and the county elections supervisor did was illegal -- the only question is the remedy. Are they just going to throw the whole lot of them in jail, or will they go a step further and void the absentee ballots? BTW: Big spike in CSCO when Chambers stepped up to the mike. Giving it back right now. It'll be interesting to see how the next two hours go!
