Hi Bob, The NDX is sliding downhill again. Perhaps UOPIX has a good chance of reaching my preliminary buy target of 30 if this selling continues throughout the day. I may decline to buy at all if Gore is given ANY morsel of hope in any of the multiple legal wars he is waging. Will you be scaling in today?
