Okay, my understanding was that the FlSC didn't void election rules per se, but that they were asked to, and did, interpret between two conflicting statutes. According to the constitution of the state of Florida, it seems they had that right.

I stated - as you can plainly see - that that was my understanding. Question marks usually denote a question. I was not certain, I was not asserting - I was questioning if this was correct or not.
As you had made the initial mention of the two statutes I assumed you knew what you were talking about. To aid you in answering (which you never did), I provided (in that post, linked above) a link to the state constitution.
Rather than answering or discussing, you since engaged in a mere 'battle' for links to the statutes! When I did not leap to do your bidding, you then stated there was "no need."

I wouldn't think they would, however, I was trying to understand his reference and, given your initial post, thought that you would have thoughts or answers on that. Apparently you do not.
