Also, anybody know a URL for the USSC decision? Maybe it's not up yet.

If it said that the vote had to be counted by laws in effect Nov 7, how does that affect the dimple-counting issue? I seem to think PBC had "we don't count dimples" principles in effect prior to Nov 7, but they didn't count simple dimples anyhow. The Broward County count was more dimple-counting, so if they had a prior policy of not counting them, the USSC ruling could be of major importance even if Sauls rules against Bush.

BTW, if Bush wins in Sauls's court, it's over. No way he would order a recount to start before the FSC rules, and they couldn't reasonably rule until Wed or Thurs, and will be more careful after the USSC ruling. If Gore wins, Sauls could order the recounts to start pending the appeals, and refuse to stay his order. If that's Florida law -- I don't know whether an appeal in Fla automatically stays a trial court order. Anybody know that?
