Thanks. Interesting decision. Vacated and remanded. FSC is going to have its work cut out for it! As I read the decision, it didn't give much guidance to the FSC as to how to overcome the problems the USSC identified. Wonder whether they will ask for additional briefing from the parties, or just start huddling among themselves.

Meanwhile, the clock ticks, and the likelihood of a Fla legislative session to confirm the current vote result increases.
