abstract....the actual wording of the ussc ruling..."the decision of the florida supreme court is vacated" "vacated", is not like "remanded"....it is a nulling action...the request for "clarification" is based on the ussc requirement that the fsc substantiates and proves its authority based in law on their decision....should they not prove under law, then the ussc will sign its ruling.....in essence the fsc got their legal hands slapped for touching something that they didn't own.... major defeat for gore, no matter how the dems spin it....
