This may very well be true. But then one has to wonder what other data was helpfully re-inserted. I have worked enough elections to know that ballots just aren't allowed out of the county's offices or control. Suppose that some of these ballots had no preference for President. (not a bad idea) How helpful were the volunteers in this case?

At any rate I hope for a small nasdaq pop with some kind of decision.
