Mike --their is definitely more to the story than we are aware of . The interesting part is that DR J is one heck of a business man and seems to have a sixth sense about what is best for the "Q"'s future . I would like to see TXN make a direct investment in SPINCO --have a vested interest in SPINCO"s future but as 3G becomes realty we know what the future will be ---W-CDMA ---Maybe TXN is coming to this reality also BEST WISHES BILL
