Must disagree, mon vieux. This company is extremely successful; a reverse split here should not be confused with the more typical use thereof, ie grasping at any straw to keep a dying stock afloat. In our case, getting the price up will bring us exposure to millions of additional possible investors. As to management's blowing new shares on dilutive acquisitions, that seems unlikely. The Puppy Go Potty affair can be taken as an illustration in point of how they'll do deals the right way. Next, I just this morning read through the proxy statement they sent out in connection with the Dec 20 meeting. Management's salaries, and the amount/prices of their options, could not possibly be construed as excessive and/or indicative of any integrity issues on their part. In fact, I have met these guys, at the plant, and came away most impressed with them. My bottom line is they're in charge, they give every indication they're competent and honest, and if they say a RS is the company's best move I believe them.
