abstract...not using my knowledge, just reciting the verbage from the ussc.....why let the ny times tell you what the court said, when you can read it yourself????? the ussc vacated and remanded.....major difference...the operative word is "vacated"....if solely remanded, the fsc would have control..."remanding" in this instance is in the sense that the fsc must justify its position... msnbc.com guess the times should read the decision before they comment...
