I absolutely agree.
Either the person voted or he / she didn't. This is not a test that a student filled out. This is voting for officers, including the President of the major country.
The machine two counts should have ended it. I don't want a PERSON deciding some voter's intent.

The machine maynot be completely accurate but at least it's objective. People are both inaccurate AND subjective.
