Good trip. I'm glad that article seems complicated, I have enough trouble with the frickin' forks. :) Got the last three little guys hanging/aging in a locker in Rutland, and will bring them in for processing mid-week. They ate some grain, however, so they're not truly pasture finished. One's going to Beantown, the other two in my freezer. Still got a boneless leg 1/2 for you if you get folks over this way.
