It may be possible, and we won't know until we see the paperwork in EDGAR, but Time Warner is getting the crap kicked out of it for having high levels of debt and 'non-core' business holdings. Now when they owned Atari, someone could make a case for it being 'entertainment' related.... but JTS is a left field holding. TWX has millions of shares that they cannot just 'dump', the price would have to be displayed with scientific notation... but perhaps they are drip, drip dripping it out. OR the MM knows this huge overhead may fall and the price is being kept down till some 'big' momentum event occurs to absorb the overhang....
