Changes to what? Again, the applications were changed, NOT the ballots. That is the only point I was making.

How the law will handle it, I am not sure. IF they throw out approx 15,000 voters because of a technicallity on the APPLICATIONS they will dis-enfranchise a lot of people who did nothing wrong. The courts may see that (throwing out all absentee votes) as the best solution. My bet is that they will let the votes count.
