Hi Bobby: It is a measurement of supply and demand which allows one to detect whether a stock is being bought or sold. I think I might have explained it in more detail in previous posts. As for specs in general, I had mentioned earlier after the Bre X fiasco that the VSE was in a negative trend and there was no confirmation of bottoming out at the time. Unfortunately, since then we have confirmation that the negative trend is still in force. If I were to hazard a guess I'd say recovery by late summer and in the meantime we'll probably see the index hit 950, failing that we'd be looking at 850 to 900 level. Also I can only comment on stocks I track, there's still good buys in this type of market, just have to be more cautious. There's always the ones that buck the trend and GMO, in my opinion, looks like a good candidate. Flo J Check out Westfort, mentioned earlier that it was under accumulation, looks like the price is finally going to react.
