The one favorable issue is that the Florida SC clearly made it their position that they did not want to see the State of Florida's ability to participate in the Electoral College put into question. I would anticipate that they would remain consistent with that. However, the next move for Boies is to try to change the Electoral College (or Electorial College for those in Palm Beach) deadlines. He's not beyond trying even that... LoF
