But.... comment that "real time" bandwidth means DSP.." - regarding video, compression, etc.

What do you think of this whopper ---->

It it possible that Q requires TXN DSP IPR that is integral to HDR? And with 1x EV DO getting real, Q had to resolve outstanding IP issues??
