he's right, although he should first give the economy time to sort out some of the malinvestments and excesses...
but generally speaking, an economic downturn is not the best period for strict fiscal rectitude. in that sense the time for tax cuts will eventually come.

NAZ 6K was also part of the new deal...guess we'll have to wait for the next new deal to see that happen. i probably just doomed us to a hearty mania revival by saying this...
