Kenneth, they just don't get it. The S.Ct. found a clever way to make a decision by not deciding anything. The integrity of the Florida Court will be restored, nobody is crying foul at the U.S. S.Ct. and the Court did not create dangerous new precedent on Federal review of state court decisions. I am quite impressed.
