per CNBC, Judge Sauls may announce his decision at 4:30pm today in the presidential contest case. Although I thought he was leaning in favor of the Bush attorneys, it concerns me that he is waiting til the market closes to offer his decision. Ruling in Gore's favor would, imho, have a greater impact negatively than if he ruled in Bush's favor which could produce a positive reult. He said that he would wait til after 2pm in the wake of the supreme court's findings and decision, but it's my guess that that when he realized the potential impact on the market, he opted to wait til 4:30. I hope I'm reading this wrong. El
