All you gotta do is go down to your local Lionel Hutz quality attorney, in a mad rage probably helps, toss down a lil coin, tell him you wanna sue some people's asses, and it goes from there. You give the SI names, Mr. Hutz draws up the John Doe suit claiming all kind of outlandish stuff, then he subpoenas SI for the Does real names, then you get to pay to serve the Does, then the real fun and expense begins.
