OT Funny I watched the whole hearing & felt the case would clearly go to Gore in respect to Miami Dade. My conclusion was that in Nassau, the Judge will have them reopen the ballots and count them to ascertain the true count - although I think the true count will reflect the original count & not benefit Gore. I think in Palm Beach the Judge will include the votes not included by the SoS but will not order another count of the 3500 or so indeterminate ballots. But in Miami Dade he will order the 9000+ ballots reviewed with a conservative standard such as the one used in Palm Beach or possible have a short hearing to determine a standard. The question will then be if there are enough votes for Gore to overturn the election. Rich
