Help me out here. You seem to be in a state of cognitive dissonance. On the one hand, you say "This information is usually private, because people don't usually want to reveal the $ size of their holdings," but on the other hand, "I was able to pick up 9k at an average price of $58.70." And on your third hand, "I guess I value privacy as much as anyone else," but nevertheless, "it should not surprise anyone that turnover on an active day in multi-million dollar portfolios, whether institutional or private, can be pretty significant."
Can you say circumlocution? Come on John, just step right up and spit it out - "mine's bigger than yours!" (portfolio, that is). ;-) |
