Hi Zeev: I saw part of the process this weekend (if you see how the expert witnesses are grilled you see why expert witnesses charge premiums for discovery work and court appearances) and I'm pretty confident the Judge will rule against Gore for Palm Beach. IMO many of the Gore team positions seemed real weak but one never knows in these things and while I try to be objective my bias may be coming into play. But PB is a done deal. The Democratic Judge did a fine job of explaining the process and since Judge Saul commented he and his board should be recognized as fine citizens for the work and effort they did. The Democratic Judge did a fine job of presenting the whole process and it eliminates a lot of the FUD we've heard about from both sides. All my opinion of course. Tim
