I don't think there is any legal basis for throwing out the votes due to irregularities in the applications for ballots. There are no irregularities in the ballots themselves. Further, there is no fraud.

I think that people are hoping that Judge Nikki Clark rules in favor of Gore because she is black, female, and Jeb Bush blocked her appointment to the Florida Court of Appeals.

I guess that means that Judge Lewis, who is hearing a similar case from another county, will rule in favor of Bush because he is white and male.

These arguments are too petty for words, IMO, but it's all the Dems have so I don't bother arguing with them anymore.
