Fair or not, the beginning of a post-election rally will begin tomorrow. Buy cheap high-quality techs and profit soon, expect a lower tax bite, though modestly so. Gridlock in DC will be great for the market and techs are where the bargains are now.

This was the closest election of all time, and Gore even won the popular vote, but unless Gore pulls a rabbit out of a hat it's all moot. Bush is not a very intelligent man and his verbiage is embarrassing for our nation (yesterday he said "when the finality is finally final" for instance) but Cheney is running things and barring another heart-attack at least he can keep us from looking stupid. The 50-50 Senate ought to keep the right-wingers in line and in two years the public will judge performance once again. Looks like we've survived this mess and some clarity will now lift us back up as a nation. It will certainly also lift our tech stocks. gg
